• Sending notifications about contact requests, property status, and account activity
• Trust Score calculation based on verification completeness
• Preventing fraud, broker infiltration, and fake listings
• Improving Platform functionality and user experience
• Responding to feedback and support requests

3. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following cases:

• With other users: When a buyer/renter uses a contact credit to reach a seller, the seller receives the buyer's name and phone number, and the buyer receives the seller's phone number. This is the core function of the Platform.
• With Razorpay: Payment processing — Razorpay handles all payment data securely under their own privacy policy.
• With Fast2SMS: Phone numbers are shared solely for OTP delivery via SMS.
• With Vercel: Our hosting provider — they process web requests but do not access user data.
• With law enforcement: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
• For fraud prevention: To investigate violations of our Terms & Conditions, especially broker infiltration.

4. Aadhaar Data Handling

We collect Aadhaar documents from sellers for identity verification only. Here is how we handle it:

• Aadhaar documents are uploaded securely and stored on our servers
• Only authorized admin team members can access Aadhaar documents for manual verification
• We verify the name on the Aadhaar matches the name on the account (Document Name Match)
• We do NOT share Aadhaar data with any third party
• We do NOT use Aadhaar for any purpose other than seller identity verification
• Aadhaar data is handled in compliance with the Aadhaar Act 2016 and applicable regulations

5. Payment Data

All payments on IndiaPropertyMart are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials. Payment data is governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

We store only: transaction ID, amount paid, plan purchased, payment status, and date — for our records and customer support.

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and preferences (selected city). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use analytics to understand Platform usage patterns.

Property listing data (photos, videos, descriptions) is removed when the listing is deleted or expired.

• Delete your account and associated data (contact support)

IndiaPropertyMart is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
