By registering, posting a property, contacting another user, purchasing a listing service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
IndiaPropertyMart is strictly a NO-BROKER, NO-AGENT, NO-DEALER, and NO-MIDDLEMAN platform.
Our purpose is to facilitate direct connections between genuine property owners and genuine buyers/renters.
The following are strictly prohibited:
If you are a broker, agent, property dealer, real-estate intermediary, or lead generator, DO NOT use this platform.
Any account identified as operating as a broker, agent, dealer, or intermediary may be removed, suspended, or permanently banned without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Every user must use the platform for their actual and genuine personal property requirement or ownership purpose.
Users must provide truthful information regarding:
Users must not impersonate another person or falsely claim to own, sell, buy, or rent a property.
A seller posting a property for sale confirms that they are the actual owner of the property; or a legally authorized person permitted to sell the property.
The seller agrees to:
Commercial property brokerage is not permitted.
A buyer confirms that they are a genuine prospective purchaser and are not using the platform to collect leads for brokers, agents, dealers, or other third parties.
The buyer agrees to:
A person posting a property for rent confirms that they are the actual property owner; or legally authorized to rent out the property.
The landlord/rent-out user agrees to:
A renter/tenant confirms that they are a genuine person looking for a property for their own legitimate residential or permitted purpose.
The renter agrees to:
To protect the platform and its users, IndiaPropertyMart may conduct verification checks.
We may request information such as:
Failure to provide requested verification information may result in the listing being temporarily hidden, rejected, or removed.
Verification by the platform does not constitute a guarantee of the property's legal title, condition, value, or transaction safety.
If we reasonably believe that a user is acting as a broker, agent, dealer, intermediary, or commercial lead generator, we may:
This may happen even if the user has not explicitly identified themselves as a broker.
Repeated listings for unrelated owners, unusual lead-generation activity, commercial solicitation, multiple complaints, or misleading ownership claims may trigger additional verification.
The platform does not permit users to demand, collect, or arrange brokerage commissions for connections generated through IndiaPropertyMart.
Users must not:
Any such activity may result in immediate account action.
Where IndiaPropertyMart charges a fee for posting, promoting, verifying, or accessing a property service:
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE SUCCESSFULLY PAID.
By making a payment, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
Once a payment has been successfully completed, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred, or claimed back merely because the user changes their mind, does not receive the expected number of inquiries, sells/rents the property independently, removes the listing, or no longer requires the service.
Payment does not guarantee that a property will be sold or rented, nor does it guarantee any particular number of calls, messages, leads, views, buyers, renters, or transactions.
Any exception to the non-refundable policy will only apply where required by applicable law or where IndiaPropertyMart expressly provides otherwise in writing.
Posting a property on the platform does not guarantee:
The platform's role is to facilitate connections between users.
Property transactions are entered into directly between the relevant parties.
Before paying any token amount, advance, deposit, rent, purchase price, or other amount, users should independently verify:
IndiaPropertyMart does not automatically become a party to any sale, purchase, lease, rental, or other private agreement between users.

I understand that providing false information or using the platform for brokerage purposes may result in my listing/account being removed or permanently banned.
Before completing any paid service, users should be required to confirm:

Only genuine Sellers, Buyers, Rent-Out Owners/Landlords, and Renters/Tenants are permitted to use the platform for their legitimate property requirements.
